Celebrated new year here with my family. Loved the breakfast and the scenic views around the hotel. Staff was helpful and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the hot shower after a long day of exploring.

The noise from the nearby road was disruptive and kept us up at night. The room was colder than expected and the lack of extra towels and water bottles made us feel unwelcome.

This cozy cottage is surrounded by lush green tea plantations and offers breathtaking views of the scenic landscape. the staff is friendly and accommodating, offering great service and a tasty breakfast. the rooms are clean, well-maintained, and come with fresh linen and towels. Some rooms offer an outstanding view and have a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast or a cup of tea.

The hotel can be noisy at times and may not be suitable for those who are looking for a quiet getaway.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great idea. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful lake and many restaurants. We also enjoyed the stunning view of the tea plantations from our balcony. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, which made our stay a very enjoyable one.

Our stay was mostly positive, but we noticed that sometimes it could be quite noisy in the hotel, especially in the lower rooms. Additionally, the hot water supply was not always consistent, making it hard to take a hot shower.

I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning tea plantations and just a short walk away from the lake and many great restaurants in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, suggesting the best places to visit and arranging taxis whenever I needed them. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable, with fresh and crisp linen and rugs. I was also impressed by the hotel facilities, including the washing machine which was available for use at no extra cost. Lastly, the breakfast was delightful with a fulfilled omelet and soothing tea.

We had an amazing stay at Sarah Cottage! Free room upgrade, beautiful view, friendly staff, delicious food, clean room. Convenient location near Gregory Lake and restaurants. The tea plantation view was breathtaking. Highly recommended!
